Scraps for cards

Hello lovely folks! It's high time for a post!

Are you ever left with those little paper scraps once you've detached pages from your paper bloc? Yeah, me too! I find them too beautiful to throw away and had some thoughts about how to incorporate them on cards. 

My first idea is to adhere those strips diagonally (after trimming them of course) on a larger strip of paper and then incorporating this strip on a card. Here's an example:

I raised the colourful strip on some craft foam for dimension, stamped and adorned the background and added a sentiment die cut from craft foam.

And here's another example, on a vertical card. Again, the central strip was raised on craft foam for dimension and other elements added for decoration.
