Cebukla! :)

Bonsoir! Je reviens avec une page qui était en partie inspirée par un papier provenant du même paper pad qu'ici, et d'autre part par ma fille. Bien sûr! Cette cocotte est imbattable! Mais revenons au papier. Il comprend cette jolie "étiquette" à moitié coupée avec un imprimé de texte. Et cet endroit m'a paru bien intéressant pour y placer le début du titre de ma page. Juste en passant, "cebukla" veut plus ou moins dire "oignon". Plus ou moins parce que le VRAI mot en polonais est "cebulka" et c'est ma fille qui a renversé les lettres. Mais qu'est-ce que c'est mignon, n'est-ce pas? :)

Good evening! I'm back with another layout that was partly inspired by a paper coming from the same pad as here, and on the other side by my daughter. She's really funny! But back to the paper. It has this beautiful tag, just on the edge with some faint text print. This place looked perfect as title placement. Just by the way, "cebukla" means more or less "onion". More or less because the REAL word in Polish reads "cebulka" and it's my daughter who reversed the letters. But isn't this sweet? :)

 Pour un peu animer le coin sous le titre et autour de la photo principale, j'ai tamponné avec une encre Distress plutôt discrète quelques roses...

In order to bring some movement and interest to the part under the title and around the main picture, I stamped with a Distress ink some roses...

Et puis le journaling, il est où le journaling??? Enfin, sans lui il n'y aurait pas de page! Mais pas de panique, je me suis un peu creusé la cervelle et j'ai trouvé! Il fallait que je le cache. Vous voyez cette espèce de rond bicolor tout en haut? Et bien, j'ai attaché un rond du papier sous le morceau sur lequel j'ai imprimé le texte, l'histoire de pouvoir tout sortir de la cachette et voilà!

And the journaling, where is the journaling??? Well, no layout without it! But no panic, I had to rack my brains a little and I've found the perfect spot for it. Or rather a hiding spot, lol! Can you spot (sorry, couldn't help it! :)) the bi-color circle on top? I've simply adhered a punched circle under a piece of paper on which the journaling is printed so it'd be possible to pull it out, and voilà! (Btw, the story is about my dd and me trying to find a new balance once my son started school. She was coming to the kitchen and was always offering help to peel onions. And she was perched up on the counter and meticulously, like the best watch maker, was peeling the "cebukla" without shedding a tear...)
