Lectures d'été / Summer reading

Bonsoir! Nous somme officiellement au dernier jour de l'été. Alors c'est le moment ultime de poster ce billet! Juste au debut des vacances, nous nous sommes rendus à la bibliothèque. Nous en sommes ressortis avec 19 livres pour les enfants et... un pour moi! :) Comme toujours, au retour à la maison, les enfants étaient plongés dans la "lecture". Ce qui me fait toujours énormément plaisir... La première page d'aujourd'hui a été faite il y a peu de temps mais la photo a été prise il y a presque 2 ans! Mon fils y figure avec une amie qui lui racontait un livre. Ils y étaient complètement perdus, il était facile de prendre cette photo!

Hello! It's officially the last day of Summer. So it's high time to post the following... Just at the beginning of vacation, we went to the library. We left with 19 books for my kids and... one for me! :) As always, once back home, kids were "reading". Which fills me with pleasure... The first layout was done lately but the pic is quite old, almost 2 years ago! My son is there with his friend who was "reading" to him. They were so totally lost in reading that it was easy to take a pic!

J'ai choisi un vieux papier de Cosmo Cricket, l'ai coupé en deux et j'avais mon fond. Le titre est en polonais, veut dire "lis-moi" et fait référence à une ancienne série de livres pour enfants qui existait quand j'étais enfant en Pologne...

I've chosen an old Cosmo Cricket paper, cut it in half and here was my background. The title is in Polish and means "read to me" and is a reference to an old child book series from my childhood in Poland...

La deuxième page est de l'année dernière que j'ai faite puis je n'ai jamais montré ici. Peut être parce que j'en n'étais pas entièrement contente. Ce que je me suis un peu loupée dans l'emplacement du titre, j'aurais aimé qu'il soit un peu plus bas. Mais bon, elle existe et montre mes enfants tels comme j'aime les voir, absorbés par les images. C'est qu'ils peuvent être calmes à ce moment-là, lol!!!

The second one is from last year. I made it and never showed, maybe because I wasn't entirely satisfied with it. It's the title, I wish I placed it a bit lower... But well, the layout is made and shows my kids so absorbed by images, I love seeing them like that! (on the smaller pic my daughter is actually telling the story to her big brother :)) They can be so calm at those moments, lol!!!
