Deux de plus / Two more

Bonsoir!

Hello! One could say that we're in the middle of Christmas season here... At least, if it's not raining outside, it's raining Christmas cards at my home! Here are two newly made, both for the Hero Arts monthly challenge.

For the first I used a picture of frosted pine branch I took in January. I imagined it as a background for this ornament white embossed and distressed with some blue ink. I added this silver twine as well as some snowflakes and a sentiment, all stamped with a Dew Drop Brilliance ink. The sentiment is in Polish - it's so convenient the single letters stamps!

For the second one I was inspired by a card by Celeste Smith that I saw HERE. I wanted to make this idea mine by using stamps. Here's the result.

Matériel: papiers Bazzil; tampons HA; encre et Stickles Ranger; alphas AC; perles amuse; perfo de bord Fiskars; machine à coudre

Voilà pour ce soir. A tout bientôt!

Here's for tonight. See you soon!

Oh Agata, these are both simply delicious! LOOVE your idea to use a photo of a tree and then hang your stamped ornament from it! Ingenius! And the ornament used as an "o" in joy is also a wonderul idea, one I may borrow myself!

Love these, Agata!! Love the idea of combining the personal photo with stamps. I toyed with that idea last year at Christmas but couldn't quite nail down an idea. Really LOVE the "JOY" card!! Everything about it is so very pretty! Hope you are having a great day!

I love how you used the ornament punt as the O - I'll have to remember to try that more often with vowels! Nice card

Really gorgeous and festive are both cards! You have me melting over your first card, it looks mesmerizing with the photo behind the ornament!
