Two Peas qui s'appelait Thinking Inking. Maintenant elle revient avec un
nouveau cours qui est axé sur les Fêtes de fin d'année. Comment ne pas participer?! J'ai tellement appris lors du premier cours et j'ai l'intention d'apprendre de nouveau! Voici mes trois premières participations.
Hello! A little bit over one year ago, Jennifer MacGuire held a Thinking Inking class over at Two Peas. Now she's back with a new class with a Christmas twist. How could I not participate?! I've learned so much during the first class and I want to learn more! Here are my first three cards.
Pour la première, j'ai d'abord pressé les coussins encreurs sur ma surface de travail, appuyé le tampon dedans et sprayé ce dernier avec un peu d'eau. Ensuite j'ai tamponné l'image sur du papier aquarelle. J'ai aussi coloré le bord de panneau avec l'encre Dusty Concord et ajouté ce cordon couleur argent.
For the first one, I pressed ink pads on my working surface, picked the ink with the stamp and sprayed it with pearlized water, then stamped on watercolor paper. I also colored the border of the panel with Dusty Concord and added some silver twine.
Pour la deuxième, j'ai utilisé cette image de renne fournie par Jennifer, l'ai découpé et coloré avec Walnut Stain puis tamponné avec le tampon texte d'un set HA. J'ai ajouté les Stickles rouge au nez et couvert les bois avec un stylo à paillettes. Pour le panneau bleu, j'ai d'abord embossé en blanc les voeux puis appliqué des encres Broken China et Faded Jeans. Ensuite, j'ai embossé quelques flocons avec une poudre holographique. Pour une finition sympa, j'ai couvert les bords de ce papier avec l'encre à embosser et cette même poudre scintillante puis je le l'ai embossé.
For the second one, I used the digi reindeer, colored it with Walnut Stain and stamped with a stamp from Artistic Windows set. Added red Stickles to its nose and some Star Dust gel pen to make dots and cover its antlers. For the blue panel, I first white embossed the sentiment, then applied Broken China and Faded Jeans. Then, I embossed some snow flakes from a HA stamp set with a holographic ep from Stampendous. For a fun finish, I dipped the edges of the panel into the clear embossing ink and embossed with the same holographic ep.
Pour la troisième, j'ai utilisé mon nouveau tampon de houx que j'ai embossé en noir sur du papier aquarelle. Ensuite, j'ai pressé les coussins encreurs sur la surface de travail, donné un coup de spray avec de l'eau et peint l'image avec un pinceau. Quand l'image était sèche, je l'ai découpée (ça a duré une éternité!!!) et collée avec des carrés de mousse. La panneau central est un papier digital imprimé et tamponné avec ce même tampon ainsi qu'un tampon texte du set Artistic Windows.
The image was stamped and heat embossed with a black ep on watercolor paper. Then I pressed some Distress Inks on my working surface, spritzed with water and painted the image with a brush. Once dry, I cut it out (it took like forever!!!) and pop dotted it on a bg. This one is a digi HA paper (latte) printed out and stamped with the same holly stamp plus the script from Artistic Windows.

I made a banner from Sticky Back Canvas, inked them and sewn them to layout.
I also included pictures of my son's art work.
