Du nouveau / Something new

If we don't count the previous Embellish Magazine's challenge which I missed, I'm quite faithful to what they propose. This time it is all about Spring colors and borders. One of the colors was quite difficult but once I've found in my stash a peach ribbon, I'bve got enough inspiration for not one but two cards! But before I show you my cards, here's the inspiration piece:

Isn't it cute??? I've almost felt compelled to take out my crochet and go on this direction! But instead I took out my needle, some pearls and eyelets and here the result:

Otherwise, yesterday I found out that my card "Friendship Flowers" is among Fab Five winners on Hero Arts blog!!! Some goodies to will arrive soon!

And today we went to visit a tropical site of Papilliorama where it is extremely humid! But also there are plenty of beautiful butterlies hence the new banner. Spring is much closer now!
