Pense-bête / Forget not

Hello for the second time! ;-) I come back to share with you something I made this weekend. I had this idea for quite a while but couldn't find an issue. Suddenly the new Hero Arts challenge came to rescue me. Basically, my idea came from two facts: first, there are millions of challenges on the web and second, my memory is quite week to remember them all. So, I was in an urgent need of something to remind me to go and check a good challenge on the good day. And why HA challenge had a role to play in all this? Well, because it's all about making (among other things) a mini book. When I knew this, everything came along quite well. Wanna see?

The cover has some elastic band fixed with two eyelets to make the book hold together in case I wanted to take it on a walk with me. On the second picture you can see that I made in a piece of recycled cardstock a stand so that my book can... stand. :)

The pages are longer and longer and on each margin I wrote one day of the week. Each page has a border plied up and stitched on both sides to create a pocket. I put there a small card on which I'll write the site of the challenge.

The back of each page is also stamped with the same stamp but tone on tone.

Et voici les autres pages... / And here are other pages...

Bonne nuit!

Hopefully you'll like this "web agenda"! And I won't forget any of the challenges!!! Have a good night!

Oh!

Bonne semaine,

Valérie xox
